How much does a corporate video cost in Spain? Real price ranges
Corporate video prices vary widely depending on scope. Here are the real ranges I work with on my projects, so you can approach any quote with clear numbers.
When someone asks me how much a corporate video costs, the honest answer is: it depends. But that doesn't help anyone. So here I break down the real ranges I work with on my projects, so you can approach any quote with clear numbers.
I'm not going to give you a magic figure. I'm going to explain what goes into a video production budget and why it varies so much from one project to another.

Why quotes differ so much in price
Two quotes for the same corporate video can differ by €5,000. That doesn't mean one is better or worse: they're describing different products. A corporate video can be one operator with a Sony A7 shooting for 4 hours and delivering a 90-second cut with stock music. Or it can be two shoot days, a three-person crew, an outdoor location, voice-over, color grading in DaVinci Resolve and three versions for different channels.
That difference in scope is what explains the price range. Not the quality of the professional.
What determines the price of a corporate video
Pre-production: what happens before the camera is switched on
Pre-production includes briefing meetings, the shooting script, the shooting schedule and scouting locations or casting actors if you need them. On basic projects this can be half a day's work. On complex projects, two weeks. It's work that often goes unseen but defines the result. On my projects, pre-production accounts for 20 to 30% of the total time invested.
Production: shoot days, crew and locations
The cost of the shoot depends on how many days you film, how many people make up the crew and whether you have to pay for locations. A one-day shoot with a single operator costs between €600 and €1,200, without editing. If you add a sound recordist and an art director, that day can reach €2,500. With a rented location in Madrid, add between €300 and €1,000 more depending on the space.
Post-production: editing, color and music
Editing a two- or three-minute video from six to eight hours of raw footage takes between 20 and 40 hours, depending on how many revision rounds there are. On top of that come color grading, subtitles if you need them, music (which can be library music or a commission from a composer) and mastering for each format. On standard projects, post-production accounts for 40 to 50% of the total budget.

Price ranges by type of video
- Executive interview or testimonial (half day, 2 cameras, subtitles): €800-1,800
- Basic corporate video (1 shoot day, 1 operator, 90-120 seconds edited): €1,500-3,000
- Corporate event coverage (full day, 2 cameras, 3-5 minute highlight video): €2,000-4,500
- Brand film or manifesto (2 shoot days, script, three-person crew, library music): €5,000-9,000
- Full video campaign with multiple pieces and channel versions: €10,000 and up
Frequently asked questions
Does the quote include the script?
It depends on the professional. On my projects, the shooting script is included in pre-production. If you need voice-over copywriting or a narrated script, we list it as a separate line item with an additional cost of €200-500 depending on length.
How many revisions are included?
The norm is two rounds of changes on the edit. Additional revisions, or structural changes that mean re-editing from scratch, are quoted separately. It's important to put this in writing before you start.
Do locations have to be paid for separately?
If the shoot takes place at the client's premises, there's no location cost. If you need a rented space (an event room, a terrace, a showroom), the hire is added as a separate line item. In Madrid there are options from €200 to €1,500 per day depending on the space.
When does it make sense to invest more in production?
When the video is going to represent your company across every channel for the next two or three years. A corporate website, an investor presentation or a LinkedIn lead generation campaign deserve a polished production. For fast-consumption content, a well-executed basic video does the job just as well.
